Yes.
More than nine years after Riverside County's so-called "investigators" kinda sorta forgot to mention that Jack Ray had a documented history of violent family crimes (see Orange County court case #NM9307973) this is still going on.
More than nine years after Riverside County's so-called "investigators" kinda sorta forgot to mention that Jack Ray pled guilty to felony Child Abduction this is still going on.
More than nine years after Riverside County's so-called "investigators" kinda sorta forgot to mention that Jack Ray voluntarily gave a detailed confession (in which he admitted knowing there was a specific court order that prohibited his little "vacation") this is still going on.
More than nine years after Riverside County's so-called "investigators" kinda sorta forgot to mention that Jack Ray voluntarily admitted knowing there was a warrant for his arrest stemming from August 24, 1993, assault (that contradicted the County's characterization of his his hateful, violent crimes as merely a vacation) this is still going on.
More than nine years after Riverside County's so-called "investigators" kinda sorta forgot to mention that Jack Ray had refused to pay even minimal Court-Order child support obligations for 11 years this is still going on.
More than nine years after Riverside County's so-called "investigators" committed multiple acts of perjury in Superior Court on behalf of the unemployed violent felon Jack Ray and gave him custody of the child he hadn't been supporting for over 11 years (well, in all fairness to Jack, he had been in Orange County Jail for a couple of months as a result of some crimes he committed), these indefensible and inexcusable crimes are still going on!

“A written response will then go to the Board of Supervisors and then be forwarded to the grand jury within the time frame specified by law.”
Yes.
Riverside County's constituents should believe Ray Smith when he says the County is going to resolve these problems. Because John Tavaglione and the other impotent and corrupt supervisors have known about this type of misconduct by their so-called "investigators" for over nine years, but now they're Serious You Guys!
I'm sure the same incompetent clowns who have concealed, enabled and perpetuated their County's crimes since March, 2004, are now going to Get RIght On It!
Serious, You Guys!
“Sworn testimony revealed that (CPS) has not diligently considered all the law enforcement calls to the homes where dependent children reside, which limits their ability to access all factors related to the children’s safety,” the report read, adding that social workers have limited access to law enforcement records.
“Testimony revealed not all social workers investigate fully into the criminal history of adults living in the home, nor do they investigate the medical, psychological, or school records of children with ongoing neglect and abuse complaints,” the grand jury found.
Social workers said “they are overloaded with cases and cannot properly evaluate the cases assigned to them,” the report read. Some said they had 40 cases and were “overloaded” with paperwork, including seven to 14 reports a month and court reports that take, on average, 6 hours per report to write, the report added."
Yeah...
Social "workers" like Sensitive Ben Slagter, and Teresa 'Jack's-crying-so-this-must-be-true' Solomon-Billngs, who refuse to read police reports and court records that contradict their preferred narrative are actually the victims here. Did you catch that? Read it again. Essentially they told the Grand Jury's investigators it wasn't their fault. They were "overloaded," and investigators didn't have time to, you know, investigate! So that's why they felt it was perfectly acceptable to lie and kidnap children from victims of domestic violence, deny the families Due Process and permanently deprive mothers of their God-given parental rights.
And even though Tavaglione and the County have known about this since as long ago as April, 2004, these crimes have been allowed to continue, and children are still being endangered and families are still suffering irreparable harm.
So it isn't their fault the County's social workers chose to lie... they're the victims!
Serious, You Guys!
